Situation Analysis
- Tiger have more than 50 Operating Companies (OPCOs) in the world and each country requiring local adaptation of core packaging
- Tiger Beer’s Central Marketing Team was faced with a great deal of logistics and complicated tracking of latest artworks.
- Traditionally, creative agencies develop artwork independently and deliver them to the OPCOs via CDs.
- With the increasing risks of copyright infringement, Tiger Beer needed to look for a central control of core packaging artwork.
- The system also automatically manages copyright requirements; for example rights usage on images – removed after a certain time period with warnings attached

O2
- O2 traditionally sent out POP and packaging artworks on CDs to markets for every product launch – expensive and time consuming
- Collateral-On-Demand provided full launch support to all markets across Asia Pacific minus the logistics and cost of producing multiple copies of CDs
- Each launch support kit contains photography, product images, POP and packaging artworks
