Collateral on Demand doubles up as a brand guardian overseeing your brand and protecting it from misuse.
Only selected, pre-determined areas of each template can be edited. Which means that fonts, specifications, colour palettes and other essential elements of the brands architecture remain fixed. The end result is that end users will only be able to adjust the artwork not damage it.

Its simple to use
Using Collateral-on-Demand is simplicity itself. A user-friendly interface allows users to locate, view and edit templates at the touch of a button. And step-by-step instructions provide assistance for new users.
Uniquely, well-known Adobe software is used to showcase the marketing templates and to make real-time amends and artwork comments.
Once artwork is edited, and comments have been addressed, an automated approval process kicks in. This safeguard ensures the finalised artwork is viewed and approved by two nominated
individuals helping keep you in control.
Once approved, finalised artwork can be downloaded to disk as a high
resolution PDF file ready for printing and production.

How it works
1. Choose your template
Browse the library of collaterals and choose from a range of different templates. You’ll be able to read information about each one, and view them in larger PDF format. You’ll also be see which areas can be edited in each template.

2. Edit artwork
Once you have chosen the template you wish to edit, it will appear in an Adobe Online Editor window. From here, you can edit the document as you would in Microsoft Word, and customize it by adding your own individual marketing message.

3. Approve and download
When you are happy with your edited message, nominate up to two people to approve and check your changes. These approvers will be invited by email to view the artwork online and add any comments or corrections. Once approved, you will receive a link by email that allows you to download the final high resolution printable file. Simply pass this to your printer or forward it directly to your customers.
